These two factors are important for weight loss. Exercise and movement are important, we all know that.
Coffee might not be as effective as an expensive supplement for weight loss, but if you eat with a calorie deficit and drink coffee, you will lose weight and/or maintain an optimal weight. Period.
Coffee also helps boost the amount of fat that you burn in exercise.
Let me say this: if you drink coffee but sit around and don’t get any exercise whatsoever, you may experience some benefit from the appetite suppression that coffee brings.
But you will fully experience the benefits if you get some exercise along with it. Even a walk is great for losing weight, and for enjoying the outdoors 🙂
